Forward the form to purchasingDownload the PDF, enter the package and the e-mail of your my8data account as licensee. Purchasing adds company, address and order number and sends it back, or orders from it in their system.

Invoice – the same dayAs PDF by e-mail, with your order number and service period. 14 days payment term, bank transfer.

Activation – next working dayImmediately with an order number, otherwise on receipt of payment. The account named as licensee in the form is activated; your FREE data stays.

Who is the licensee?One named user per licence. If staff change, we transfer the seat on request free of charge.
Do I get a proper invoice?Yes, with VAT ID, your order number and service period. Payment by bank transfer, 14 days.
Can I adapt the report to our form?Yes. The PDF is your Excel template: logo, formatting, your own fields, order – all freely designed. Excel and PDF look the same.
What happens to my data after the end?Analyses remain readable. Export and saving are locked until a licence is active again. Deletion at any time on request.
Where is the data stored?On servers in Germany. Privacy policy
