Six MSA methods, one report format
Every method ends with the same results panel and the same report layout. The steps are in the manual.

Workflow
From readings to report
Copy values from Excel or another spreadsheet and paste them into the input table. Comma and point are both accepted as decimal separators.
%GRR related to tolerance and process variation, ndc, bias and linearity. Limits and method are set per analysis.
The PDF is produced from an Excel template with your logo and fields. An Excel export with data and results is available as well.
Save analyses, organise them with tags and reopen them later, for example for the next periodic study.
Export and saving are part of PRO; everything else is included in the free account.
Checked against reference values
The validation report documents, per method, the reference data sets from Bosch Booklet 10 and AIAG MSA, the target values and the deviations achieved, plus the cross-check with Minitab. It is public and serves as evidence in audits.

Can I bring in readings from Excel?
Yes. Select the cells in Excel, copy them and paste them into the input table. The values are distributed across rows and columns.
What does the MSA software cost?
The free account calculates every method without limit. PDF and Excel export and saving cost €490 per user and year excl. VAT with PRO.
Do I need to install anything?
No. my8data runs in the browser; the servers are in Germany.
What do I show in an audit?
